Russian-Indian online conference Days of International Medical Cooperation with the Republic of India

On June 11, an online conference "Days of International Medical Cooperation with the Republic of India" was held, organized with the support of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the Indian Embassy in Moscow. The event was aimed at strengthening bilateral relations in the field of healthcare and medical tourism.

The conference was organized by the NIIOZMM of the Moscow Department of Health and the company "MedicaTour" with the participation of the Association of Medical and Academic Tourism. The joint work made it possible to create a platform for the exchange of experience, knowledge and professional achievements between specialists from the two countries.

In the first part of the conference, the speakers:

The first part was moderated by Evgeny Vladimirovich Chernyshev, President of the Association of Medical and Academic Tourism.

The company "MedicaTour" acted as a co-organizer of the Indian section of the conference. As part of its commitment, the company ensured the coordination, planning and participation of representatives from various states of India in the event. The conference was attended by ten specialists, each of whom presented unique knowledge and experience in the field of medicine. Before the presentations, Tatiana Sokolov, CEO of MedicaTour, shared information about the history of Indian medicine, its traditions, achievements and the development of medical tourism in India.

During the conference, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the largest network of multi-profile hospitals in India, known for their modern equipment and highly qualified medical staff. Two Ayurvedic resorts and a stem cell laboratory were also presented. In addition, the participants got acquainted with the Indian Medical Tourism Agency, which provides treatment and recovery services for patients from all over the world.

The conference became an important stage in the development of international medical cooperation between Russia and India. The event laid the foundation for further strengthening partnerships in the field of medicine and tourism.
