MedicaTour organized in Moscow free action for cerebral palsy children

On December 16 and 17, a large-scale social event for children with cerebral palsy was held in Moscow Cerebral Palsy Medical Center. A famous neurologist, Dr. Saurabh Chopra, came from India, who gave a free second opinion to parents and children on possible treatment and rehabilitation. The action was organized by MedicaTour Ltd., the largest group of hospitals in India Max Healthcare and charity foundation Life with Cerebral Palsy, with media support of TV Channel Doctor.

We worked two days from 10:00 till 18:00. There were a lot of people wishing to get a consultation, the age of children was from 2 years to 18.

During the event, tripartite negotiations were held between the directors of MedicaTour, Moscow Cerebral Palsy Medical Center and representative of Max Healthcare Hospitals, during which plans for further active cooperation in several areas were outlined.

“I am very sorry for the children with this problem. And by the mothers who devoted such children their whole life are admired. Many have achieved excellent results - after all, this diagnosis is not the end. If you constantly engage in the development of such children - you can achieve a lot. Children go to school, go to college and can be socialized in our lives, and there are a great many such examples,” commented General Director of MedicaTour Tatiana Sokolov on her impressions on this issue.
