Acıbadem (Ajibadem) International is a universal international center that provides services for the organization of medical and wellness tourism to patients from all over the world. The Acıbadem team accompanies patients from the moment of arrival at Istanbul airport until returning to their country. The Acıbadem (Ajibadem) Health Point waiting room at the airport is the most important support service for foreign patients. There, in comfortable conditions, they provide free Internet. After that, they are escorted to the clinic or hotel. Acıbadem (Ajibadem) patients are offered translation services and discounts on various additional services and procedures, and are supported throughout their medical journey in Turkey.
An ecosystem that is an example for the whole world in the provision of medical services
The international network of clinics ACIBADEM began its history in the field of medical care as a small district clinic in Istanbul, Turkey. Today ACIBADEM is a brand that has taken its rightful place among the world leaders in the field of healthcare, consisting of 24 clinics, 14 medical centers and support companies. The rapid development of ACIBADEM led to the signing of a joint partnership with IHH Healthcare in 2012, which allowed it to become part of the second largest network of medical institutions in the world.
Our mission to expand our presence abroad began in 2011 with the opening of the ACIBADEM Sistina clinic in Skopje, Macedonia. This was followed in 2016 by the acquisition of Tokuda Group and City Clinic Group in Bulgaria. Along with this acquisition, ACIBADEM Healthcare Group has become the largest provider of medical services in Bulgaria. Further, our global presence expanded in 2017 with the launch of the ACIBADEM Foreign Patient Service Center (with an area of 5,000 square meters) in Amsterdam.

ACIBADEM Labmed, Labvital, LabCell offers a wide range of services, including laboratory studies of pathology, food sanitary control, stem cells and cord blood. ACIBADEM Technology develops and improves its own software, including a "Medical Information System". APlus deals with issues of sanitary and hygienic requirements and the provision of food in clinics, and ACIBADEM Mobile provides emergency care and home care, i.e. outside clinics.

All clinics of the group not only meet international standards, they are also notable for their centers of excellence. 11 cancer centers (surgery, radiation therapy, chemotherapy), 16 cardiology centers (pediatric and adult cardiology and cardiac surgery), 14 in vitro fertilization (IVF) centers, 10 organ transplantation centers (liver, kidneys, bone marrow), 10 spinal rehabilitation centers, 3 sports medicine centers accredited by FIFA and 6 centers robotic surgery — all of them are among the nationally and internationally accredited and qualified centers due to their advanced technological equipment and specialists with significant experience in their fields.
Medical Tourism Center
Every year, many patients from different parts of the world come to Turkey to receive treatment, and they prefer the International Network of ACIBADEM clinics, which provides services using the most advanced technologies in the world, and also has teams of specialists who meet international quality standards.
For their convenience, the ACIBADEM Service Center for Foreign Patients was designed as a "single" service center and serves each patient from the day of the first request until the moment of returning home. As soon as foreign patients decide to come to Turkey for treatment, they can easily get travel arrangements and treatment plans at ACIBADEM information offices. Currently, ACIBADEM has opened 48 information offices, which are located in 25 countries and 46 cities outside Turkey. Upon arrival at the airport in Turkey, foreign patients will be warmly welcomed at our Health Point counter. Patients waiting for a transfer can use Wi-Fi. Our patients are delivered directly to the hotel or clinic. At the Health Point counters in clinics, our patients will be welcomed by interpreters who are ready to provide language support throughout the treatment in 20 different languages.
