Central Clinical Hospital of the Russian Academy of Sciences is the leading hospital of federal importance in Russia. Traumatology, orthopedics, endoprosthetics

In the traumatology and orthopedics unit latest scientific achievements in treating musculoskeletal diseases and post-traumatic rehabilitation are applied, replacement parts of leading manufacturers (USA, Europe) are used. The staff of the unit is members of ESSKA (European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery & Arthroscopy).

Ophthalmology

In the hospital modern minimally invasive no-stitch surgery of various eye segments, surgical cataract and glaucoma treatment, all types of oculoplastics, including orbital neoplasms and congenital pathology are performed. CCH of RAS provides care to patients who need to undergo surgery, as well as have a medical treatment (incl.those who have concomitant diseases).

IVF treatment

The ART unit in CCH of RAS is specialists whose experience is measured in thousands of happy parents. Doctors of the ART unit are members of the Russian Association of Human Reproduction.

CCH of RAS also aims to help people with epileptic and paroxysmal disorders, therefore Centre of Neurology, Epileptology and Paroxysmal Disorders was opened. It has a leading laboratory of video-EEG monitoring where a thorough examination and diagnostics of the brain functional state is provided. Patients are consulted by one of the leading world experts in epileptology, professor, doctor of medical sciences, member of European Epilepsy Academy, vice-president of the international Association of epileptologists and patients (Russian branch of the International Bureau for Epilepsy), Kira Voronkova.
