The resort complex covers an area of 280,000 square meters and is divided into two separate parts:
- Zulal Discovery is family oriented and designed for guests of all ages. There are 120 rooms and suites in this part
- Zulal Serenity is exclusively for adults over 16 years of age. There are 60 rooms and suites in this part

Junior suites are the perfect combination of comfort and luxury. Designed for two, total area 59 sq. m. Each room has a king-size bed, a seating area, a bathroom, a dressing room and a balcony.

The comfortable, luxurious rooms with a king-size bed or twin beds offer beautiful views of the lagoon. Each room is 44 sq. m designed with modern elegance inspired by local traditions

5 SUPERIOR ROOMS
The rooms are located on the first and second floors and have an area of 44 square meters. This is the perfect entry-level luxury option at the Zulal Wellness Resort.
1 SUITE QATAF
The Qataf Suite is a true home away from home experience. The total area of the suite is 694 sq. m. Three bedrooms. Unique design, large terrace, stunning views of the beach, private pool and en-suite bathroom (bathtub, double sinks, shower). There is also a steam room, a swimming pool, a plunge pool, a private garden and a deep soaking tub where you can relax. The living space has a luxurious walk-in closet.
1 SUITE SHINAN
Shinan Suite is 323 sq. m with a picturesque view of the sea - this is an ideal opportunity for privacy away from strangers. This spacious suite has two bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and a walk-in closet. There is a sauna, a swimming pool, a garden.
11 JUNIOR SUITES
The Junior Suite is the perfect choice for two and an unsurpassed combination of comfort, luxury and space. The junior suites offer sea views. Area 115 sq. m. At your disposal is a double bed, a comfortable sofa, a bathroom, a dressing room, a small pool and private terraces.
47 GRAND DELUXE ROOMS
The comfortable Grand Deluxe room offers beautiful views of the lagoon. There is a king-size bed, a small pool and private terraces at your disposal. Area 84 sq. m. Each room is decorated in a modern elegant style with elements of traditional local motifs.
