CEO of MedicaTour presented Russia at Medical Korea 2024 in Seoul

From 12 to 16.03, the General Director of MedicaTour, Tatiana Sokolov, was invited to represent Russia at the Medical Korea 2024 event in Seoul (South Korea).

On March 13.03, visits to clinics in Seoul were organized in order to get acquainted with the possibilities and benefits of treatment in these clinics.

"We visited Sejong Cardiology Hospital, Ewha Woman's University Seoul Hospital and MizMedi Hospital, a multidisciplinary university hospital. All these three hospitals are equipped with the latest medical equipment, use the latest technologies and the clinic employs well-known specialists not only in South Korea, but also in the world.", Tatiana shared her impressions.

There was a Workshop on March 14th and 15th. Many medical centers in South Korea wanted to meet with Tatiana, so the schedule of meetings was tight. 27 meetings were held with representatives of various Korean clinics, steps for further cooperation were outlined and discussions of joint future projects were held.

Also on March 15, Tatiana took part in the solemn ceremony of signing Memoranda of cooperation.

I would like to separately mention the Severance clinic, which uses heavy ion treatment. This is one of the types of radiotherapy using carbon particles, based on the Bragg curve effect, which allows you to focus the main dose in the affected area, with minimal damage to healthy cells. Previously, we sent such treatment to Japan, now it is available in South Korea. This is a very effective method of treating oncology.
