MedicaTour brought a Russian delegation to the medical tourism exhibition in Kurdistan (Iran)

From October 26 to November 2, the MedicaTour company, at the request of the Iranian side, gathered and brought to "Sabah International Medical and Health Tourism Exhibition" a Russian delegation of doctors, medical tourism agencies, representatives of the insurance business and several leading Russian clinics. The international exhibition of medical tourism in this region was organized for the first time.

Delegations from India, Turkey, Romania, Iraq, Afghanistan and Russia came to Sanandaj. The Russian delegation was the largest in number and our “Treatment in Russia” stand was a huge success among both guests and officials who visited the exhibition.

During the event, our doctors advised Iranian patients, representatives of Russian agencies and clinics held negotiations on cooperation with colleagues from other countries, during which partnership agreements were signed.

On the last day of the event, the exhibition organizers offered an interesting excursion to the beautiful places of the region with lunch in an authentic restaurant of national cuisine.

During the trip, our delegation became friends and cooperation between the participants was planned.

Also on the way from Sanandaj to Tehran, our Iranian partner invited our entire delegation to lunch at his parents’ house in the city of Save. We were able to get acquainted with the life of an Iranian family by visiting them.

Our company MedicaTour has been actively working with Iran in the field of medical tourism for several years, but we mainly worked with clinics in Tehran. Now we are expanding the geography of our cooperation to other regions, since prices for treatment in the regions are much cheaper than in Tehran, and the quality is quite high.
